BexleyCo’s Chairman, Michael Hill, hosted Councillor Cafer Munur, Daren Moseley, Chief Operating Officer from United Living and Sarah Butler, Director of Development & Sales from Moat, to celebrate the laying of the ‘Golden Brick’ at our Old Farm Place development on Friday, 18th September. The ‘Golden Brick’ is an important milestone towards the delivery of 21 new affordable quality homes (10 one bedroom and 11 two bedroom apartments) for Bexley residents. The homes are being built by BexleyCo’s contractor United Living and will be handed over to Moat next year.
Michael Hill said “This marks a significant milestone towards the delivery of 21 affordable homes at our Old Farm Place development and these will be the first of many more affordable homes BexleyCo will be delivering over the coming years”.
Russell Drury, Senior Land, New Business & Development Manager at Moat, said: “Our partnership with BexleyCo provides much-needed new homes in this prime location in Sidcup. We’re delighted to build upon our existing offering in the area to deliver high-quality, affordable homes as part of this successful new partnership.”
