At BexleyCo Homes we want each of our customers to feel special and valued, and as part of our commitment to this ethos, we provide a full 12 months Customer Care Service with our homes. Our team is friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about what we do and happy to assist you with any queries you may have.

BEFORE YOU MOVE IN

We’ll provide a comprehensive New Home Demonstration when you move into your home to showcase all the features of your property, explain how everything works and run through your New Home User Guide.

QUALITY CONTROL

We take pride in all our homes and they undergo an extensive Quality Control process before they’re ready to be sold. It’s important to note that some issues (e.g shrinkage) may be the result of the natural processes associated with the materials used in construction.

OUR PROCESS

Our Customer Care team will ensure that any issues that might arise can be dealt with as swiftly and efficiently as possible. Once you make contact, the team will assign a unique reference number to each item raised and pass it along to the appropriate contractor for action, along with your preferred contact details. We’ll then track the progress of all jobs from start to finish and ensure that we keep you up to date about the status of your queries at regular intervals.

NEW HOME USER GUIDE

Your New Home User Guide is filled with useful information, manuals and instructions, contact details for everything from the manufacturers of your fixtures and fittings to phone numbers for your utility providers, so do please take the time to read it thoroughly once you’ve settled in.

YOUR OPINION MATTERS TO US

Your customer feedback is very important to us, helping us to develop and improve the service we provide. As part of our ongoing commitment to you, once any items have been addressed and closed down, we will send you a customer satisfaction survey. This is an opportunity for you to let us know if you’re happy with the service you have received.

COMPLAINTS

We always aim to be helpful, efficient and professional in our relationship with our customers. If you feel you haven’t received a satisfactory level of service, please contact us. We will deal with any complaints within a reasonable timescale and ensure that you’re clear about the actions being taken. A member of our management team will oversee any complaint received to ensure there’s a satisfactory and speedy conclusion.
