On 13th November, BexleyCo secured planning approval for an exciting new development at 89 Erith High Street, on the corner of Erith High Street and Bexley Road.
The project will deliver a high-quality 4–6 storey building featuring 33 apartments and a ground-floor commercial space, while retaining the site’s historic wall. This scheme is designed to meet local housing needs and enhance the character of the area.
