On Friday, 12th December, the Leader of Bexley Council, Councillor David Leaf, accompanied by Councillor Munur, visited the recently completed development at Fergusson House, Hadlow Road, Sidcup.
The development, known as ‘The Folio’, comprises 32 quality private apartments and occupies the site of the former Sidcup Library.
The first phase of apartments released to the market has already sold out, and reservations are now being taken for the next phase.
Graham Ward, Managing Director of BexleyCo said “It was great to host the Leader of the Council and for him to meet some of the team that made it happen. The Development will provide much needed homes for local people.”
