BexleyCo has appointed Penenden Heath Developments as principal contractor for its Lesney Park site, marking an important milestone in the delivery of new homes within the borough.
The development will deliver 17 new high quality family houses for local people, alongside 8 supported living apartments, helping to meet a range of housing needs within the community.
Work on site is expected to commence in the coming months, with the first new homes anticipated to be ready by the end of March 2028.
