Station Road, Belvedere

BexleyCo Homes is proposing the development of the land at the former Belvedere Family Centre, located to the east of Station Road, close to Belvedere railway station and adjacent to the B&Q store.
The site is allocated for residential development in the Bexley Local Plan and is currently vacant and unused. The proposal involves the creation of up to 86 new homes to help meet the needs of the local community.
In addition to much-needed new homes, the proposal includes commercial spaces fronting Station Road.
The development aims to sensitively respond to the site’s setting by retaining existing trees where possible and providing a soft landscaped edge.
