89 Erith High Street

BexleyCo is proposing the development of 89 Erith High Street (Corner of Erith High Street and Bexley Road, Erith) to create a quality 4-6 storey building comprising 33 apartments and amenity space with provision of cycle storage, accessible parking, and refuse storage facilities, along with public realm improvements.

The scheme proposes to deliver housing meeting the needs of local people with provision of 11 x 3-bedroom apartments, 18 x 2-bedroom apartments and 4 x 1-bedroom apartments, including accessible apartments. Each apartment will benefit from private and communal external amenity space. A centralised residential entrance will be provided from Erith High Street.

A commercial unit will be positioned on the ground floor, with windows and openings within the retained historic wall to be reinstated to improve the pedestrian experience along Erith High Street and Bexley Road.
